Guests will be picked up at their Arenal hotel and transferred to Rio Celeste. On the way they will visit Caño Island National park and a Reforestation Project
The first stop will be at Caño Negro National Park. The Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge is considered one of the best places in the world for bird watching. It is also habitat for an array of rare wetland animals such as sloths, monkeys, caimans, and bats among others. It takes a one and a half hour drive to get to Los Chiles, a rustic town from where we will take a picturesque 3-hour boat ride to Río Frío and Caño Negro Reserve. We will navigate through this extraordinary wildlife refuge, considered the most biologically diverse wetland area in Costa Rica.
Afterwards,you will also have the opportunity to visit the reforestation project where, you will be able to plant a native tree and receive a certificate and regular information about your tropical tree in Costa Rica.
Finally guests will taken to their Rio Celeste hotel
