Cabuyal Snorkeling and Kayaking w/ Surf and Turf Barbecue by the Beach
Overview

This is a lovely sea and sand experience! Guests will visit Cabuyal, a secluded golden sand beach located among Culebra Bay, Guanacaste. A nature guide will take guests to the best snorkeling spots among an amazing coral reef. They will have great chances of viewing eels, hedgehogs, octopus and array of colorful fishes. They will also have the choice of kayaking within this tranquil bay. 

Finally they will enjoy a delicious surf and turf Costa Rican grill by the beach.

Catamaran Tour Sail and Snorkel
Overview

This is an amazing sea and sun experience! Guests will silently glide in a Catamaran along Costa Rica's Pacific Coast. The boat sails along Guanacaste's exotic bays, golden sand beaches and tropical jungles. 

This exiting tour offers great chances to spot dolphins, sea turtles, flying fish and whales. Halfway the boat drops anchor in a tranquil bay and guests step off for either snorkeling or kayaking in the pristine warm waters. Fresh fruit, snacks and tropical juices are offered onboard as well as a healthy light lunch.

Horseback Riding in Hacienda Pinilla with Golf Lessons
Overview

Hacienda Pinilla offers one of the best horseback riding experiences in Costa Rica. Guests will adventure in a picturesque ride among sixteen kilometers of beautiful forest trails and pristine beaches. 



Afterwards, they will golf at the property's 7,300-yard, 72-par-masterpiece golf course, designed by Mike Young. The course has a coastal layout with wide, open fairways. It is a fascinating scenic golf course surrounded by wilderness. Three holes have magnificent ocean views whilst others have broad areas left untouched for wildlife with plenty of Matapalo and Guanacaste trees. The course recently achieved the certification as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary for its preservation of the ecological balance of the area.

Palo Verde National Park and Guaitil Pottery
Overview

A great experience with up-close and personal encounters with nature! The tour starts with a scenic drive through a picturesque road surrounded by papaya, sugar cane and melon fields. Once we arrive Palo Verde National Park, we will take a picturesque 2-hour boat trip down the Rio Tempisque. The natural wetlands in Palo Verde National Park are home to one of the most important concentrations of birds in Central America. Regular visitors along the river are the Anhinga (Snake Bird), Roseate Spoonbill, Wood Storks, the endangered and rare Jabiru (largest bird in Central America), Blue Herons, White Ibis, and more. Guests will also have great chances of viewings crocodiles of every size, bats, owls, cranes, huge iguanas and capuchin monkeys among others.

 

On our way back we will stop at a Tortilla factory in Santa Cruz, where guests can learn how to make their own. We will also visit the Chorotega Ceramic Ecomuseum at Guaitil and learn about the process of creating pre-Columbian style pottery with natural clays and earthy colors. Finally guests will enjoy a delicious typical lunch.

This naturally protected wildlife sanctuary is set right at the foot of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. After an 3-4 hour hike through the Rainforest, and learning about its mysteries and its fascinating inhabitants,

we will have time to relax in a natural pool of warm volcanic water.

White Water Rafting (Tenorio Rafting) Class III & IV
Overview

A beautiful river that rises at Tenorio Volcano at Guanacaste mountain range, it’s pure and white water makes it the best river on Guanacaste area for rafting. You can combine almost 20 kilometers of rapids with magnificent landscapes surrounded by tropical forest.



No experience required but good effort needed it on this world famous class III and IV white water rafting. This challenging river will take the energy out of you, that's why we will have a very complete and delicious lunch.
